Printing How To: Turn off Banner Pages

Assuming Network Printers (including TCP/IP) under Microsoft Windows 98/ME

How to turn off "banner pages" from printing. Banner page is the extra page that prints before your file prints with Username and machine name information. While this can be helpful in identifying whose job it is that's just printed, it also wastes paper/toner. If banner pages are printing, then you can turn them off.

Note: ==> means to click, double-click, select, or give as the answer depending on the context (open, select, run, ...)

==>Start ==>Settings ==>Printers ==>YourPrinterName

==>(UNcheck) Enable banner page  (you want to DISable banner page)
